“ The interior design feature here has got my attention firstly . The old pieces plus new stuff works well. The tile paved on entrance floor and also some on kitchen wall,The kitchen shelve, the old bench desk second hand cabinetry, the old wood fire frame and the new concrete curve wall etc, all match comfortably well. “ The Bakers has become my regular cafe because the cinnamon morning buns are possibly the best pastries I have ever had. Worth going just for these. As a bonus, the coffee is always delicious and never sour, and the music and energy of the place is top tier. Nelson has so many fantastic offerings for coffee but the bakers has to be one of the best. It’s a little pricey but the whole experience makes it worth it. ”

Not visible from the street it is on ground floor of a Radiology business. only a small sandwich sign outside.We arrived 10am on a Monday and I was a lil disappointed at the small selection of cabinet food available... particularly after the reviews I had read..... But the chocolate and date pastry was delish. The decor style is just a pleasure to the eye and service was both polite and prompt. ”
